DARYL SCHWARTZ
Founder // Managing Partner
Daryl has significant experience in institutional capital fund raising and fund structuring, having an extensive network of institutional investors, including, family offices, private equity funds, venture capitalists, and other high net-worth investors. In total, Daryl has sourced and/or deployed over $500mm in assets across 20+ funds since 2008. Most recently he served as Principal of Capital Markets at CircleUp, a consumer-focused broker-dealer in San Francisco. Daryl has experience across all categories of consumer and in real estate. He currently maintains both Series 63 and 82 licenses.
ROB LADD
Director of Business Development
Our resident Australian Shepherd lover, Rob has a deep background in niche manufacturing within the outdoor recreation industry, having served as founder and CEO of Redline Motorsports, who designed and built custom vehicles, as well as manufactured and fabricated their own suspensions and vehicle chassis’. Furthermore Rob brings a knowledgeable credit background to the team, having founded National Credit Group, where he was responsible for nearly $75 million of bank debt purchases.
BRIAN ROSS

Brian is the founder and CEO of GROW. Brian is an experienced entrepreneur who has helped drive sales with numerous iconic brands in the natural food industry over the last 20+ years. He has deep experience in all channels of the retail trade including natural, conventional grocery, mass and club. Some of the great companies he has helped create and build along the way include Oregon Chai, IZZE Beverage Company, Cheribundi & Made in Nature. Brian lives in sunny Boulder, CO with his wife and 2 children.
