Not only do we provide early-stage companies with access to debt and equity capital, we also select a handful of early-stage companies to help advise and provide, not only strategic thought guidance and direction, but personal support and guidance to budding founders, entrepreneurs and executives.
We understand that entrepreneurship can sometimes be a lonely island and that our personal lives are intertwined with our work. Which means that our individual struggles, our relationships, our doubts and fears, and a host of other challenges impact our emotional and mental well-being, and thus can impact our business.
WHY WE
EXIST
We exist to support founders navigate those challenges.
And why can we do this?
Because, not only have we worked with and seen the experience of countless founders, executives and entrepreneurs, but we have been in the trenches ourselves, building companies and grinding away. Being alone, depressed, struggling with confidence, wanting to give up every other moment, wondering if I made the sacrifice in vain, wondering if we were going to lose it all…FML!
We’ve been through personal struggle while attempting to build something great. We’ve lost relationships, family, dealt with breakups, being broke, in transition, we’ve made our own regretful decisions, we’ve been at our worst- our seemingly lowest, in despair, we’ve been successful, then lost it all…we’ve been human and we’ve been entrepreneurs.
But we have been on the other side of it. We have pushed through. We’ve gotten up from the bottom. We’ve grown, we’ve changed, we’ve healed, we’ve seen the light start to shine a bit brighter, we’ve continued to build- successfully…we’ve persevered.
